TSG was proud to be awarded the supply contract for WiFi and Footfall Analytics.  As large venues look to better understand their visitors, the MRA employed TSG’s Hotspot and Footfall Analytics solution to collect valuable metrics.  These measures included the number of visitors, how often unique visitors attended the site, and also how long they stayed for.

TSG recently partnered with Culture Counts to integrate their class leading evaluation platform into the WiFi network which enables the venue to gain visitor feedback without having to deploy staff (or clipboards!).  This partnership has culminated in an all inclusive report that delivers quantitative and qualitative measures with the press of a few buttons.
